Saves about 50% abrasive. Extraction channels are designed so only unused fine dust is removed. The nozzle can sit at three distances from the blast basket. Made of high-resistance boron carbide.

Spray distance and angle are set by basket rotation direction for about 100% blasting efficiency in minimum time. Special basket geometry rotates. Up to 7 CoCr castings can be blasted at once; on average a frame is fully coated in about 10 minutes of automatic blasting.
