We have stopped free national cargo service due to problems experienced in shipping and delivery with that option.

The system automatically calculates larger shipments according to the location of your country.

Our shipping terms are DAP.

Customs costs that may arise in your country’s customs belong to the buyer. Customs legislation differs from country to country. In case of any problem, you can consult your customs officer.

If a product goes to the buyer’s customs and is not collected by the buyer, no refund will be made until it is returned to us. In such a case, round-trip shipping costs and a service fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

If the product passes through customs and is already on its way to the buyer, return may not be possible.

Shipments are sent via PTS World. PTS uses carriers such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

With our updated shipping system, products are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after they are shipped. This period may be extended due to carrier delays.

Our average preparation / shipping time for a purchased product is 2–5 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Once you complete your order, you accept these terms. In case of dispute, these documents may be submitted to the payment institution.

Payments

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and coin payments.

For your security, we use an SSL certificate on our site.

We use 3D Secure for credit card payments. When you pay, a password is sent to the phone number registered to your card. Even if funds are available, payment will not complete without this verification.

3D Secure protects both seller and buyer by making unauthorized card use far more difficult.
