Vioseal is a dual-type epoxy-amide resin-based paste/putty sealer for root canal treatment with superior dimensional stability, self-adhesive ability and a very high radiopacity level.

Indications

Root canal filling using adhesive properties between the filling material and canal walls for endodontic treatment.

Materials

• Base: polymeric epoxy oligomer, ethylene glycol salicylate, and others
• Catalyst: poly(1,4-butanediol) bis(4-aminobenzoate), calcium phosphate, etc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to epoxy resins, amines or other components used for sealing root canals.

Working / setting

• Working time: 70 minutes at 24 °C, 55% RH
• Final set: after 120 minutes at 37 °C, 98% RH
• Option: 1 syringe 10 g
• Store at room temperature; keep tubes tightly closed
