Max Piezo 3+ LED Ultrasonic Scaler is a piezoelectric dental ultrasonic scaler used to rapidly remove calculus and plaque from the tooth surface. Scaling tip vibrates in the 20–45 kHz range (20,000 to 45,000 vibrations per second); optimum frequency is between 18 kHz and 32 kHz.
