AMBARINO® High-Class Hybrid Glass Ceramic Multicolor Disk. Discover the technology behind a beautiful smile: AMBARINO® High-Class Hybrid Glass Ceramic Multicolor. This revolutionary material, combining both aesthetics and durability, offers a single, complete solution for all your dental restoration needs.
AMBARINO® High-Class has been developed to perfectly adapt to the patient's oral structure, working in complete harmony with healthy antagonist teeth. This unique structure, obtained by placing silicate glass fillers into a composite matrix made of special polymers, brings mechanical values closest to natural tooth characteristics.
Why Choose AMBARINO® High-Class?
This material offers numerous advantages compared to traditional zirconia and acrylic solutions:
- Natural Tooth Sensation: Offer your patients restorations that feel like their own teeth.
- Superior Durability: Provides long-lasting performance against chewing forces.
- Shock-Absorbing Property: Absorbs chewing shocks thanks to its dentin-like modulus of elasticity, making it ideal especially for implant and bruxism cases.
- Antagonist-Friendly: Prevents wear and damage to opposing teeth due to its structure being more gentle than natural enamel.
- Excellent Aesthetics: Achieve dazzling results with its exceptional aesthetic appearance and excellent polishability.
- Easy Machinability: Shows high resistance to fractures and cracks during milling, ensuring smooth margins and excellent marginal fit.
- No Sintering Required: Speeds up and simplifies the production process.
- Stain Resistance: Does not change color over time and preserves its aesthetic appearance.
- Easily Cemented: Provides strong and reliable adhesion.
- Made in Germany: Entirely manufactured in Germany using the highest quality chemicals.
Areas of Application
AMBARINO® High-Class Multicolor meets all your restoration needs with a wide range of indications:
- Veneers (Laminates)
- Inlay and Onlay restorations
- Partial and full crowns
- Bridges (maximum one pontic)
- Implant-supported prostheses
- Tabletop restorations
- Minimally invasive occlusal surface overlays for correcting bite position in bruxism cases.
Scientific Superiority
The performance of AMBARINO® High-Class is proven by scientific data:
- Excellent Elasticity: Possesses a more elastic structure compared to other CAD/CAM materials. This elasticity dampens chewing pressure, reducing the risk of fracture or cracking of the restoration over time.
- High Pressure Resistance: More durable compared to modern ceramic, composite, and hybrid materials. Chewing tests simulating 1.2 million chewing cycles have proven that the material will perform excellently in the long term without fracture or cracking.
- Ideal Hardness: According to Vickers hardness tests, AMBARINO® High-Class has a softer structure even than natural dentin. This eliminates the "clicking" sensation caused by ceramics and maximizes patient comfort by offering both a better feel and a better sound.
- Perfect Blend: A 70% ceramic and 30% polymer ratio offers an ideal combination of mechanical and aesthetic properties. The high polymer content provides more durable and elastic restorations, making it ideal especially for implant cases.
Cementation (Bonding)
For a reliable and long-lasting result, follow these steps:
- Subject the surface to sandblasting.
- Pre-treat with an appropriate bonding agent (e.g., Luxatemp-Glaze & Bond or Temp Bonding Fluid) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Cement with a suitable dual-cure or chemically curing adhesive composite (e.g., Perma Cem or ENA Cem).
